Pinkfresh Studio May Essentials Release!!!

This month it is all about essential dies for card creating and Pinkfresh Studio started a new line with mini slimline essentials! How cute and practical these mini slimlines are!!! 

And not only that, but now we have great dies for creating our own envelopes for the 'big' and the 'small' slimline cards!!  So awesome! The cards look so beautiful together with the beautiful envelopes!!

I created a set of mini slim cards using featuring the Stitched Scallop Circles. I used the smaller ones and cut them several time. The cut you can separate in two, and you have two circles, one with scallops on the inside and the other with scallops in  the outside. I used them together. 

I cut my cardbase using one of the dies of the Mini Slimline Essential Bundle - a must have!!! 

On the first card I stamped on my background with black ink using the Enchanted Blooms cling rubber stamp - so gorgeously intricate, and the cling stamp makes the fines lines!!

I cut one of the scalloped circle cutout sets in half, and arranged them on my cardbase. I traced them with a pencil really lightly, so that I see where to color the flowers. I colored the insides of the circles using alcohol markers. 

The sentiments are foiled using the the Celebrating You Hot Foil Plate and Die, from the last release - LOVE  these!

The second card is the opposite. I stamped the background using the Lush Vines red rubber cling stamp  and I colored everything except the inside of the circles. The colors are from yellow to lilac. I used the Spectrum Noir Tri Blend Markers. 

I decorated the envelopes with the same stamps but did not color them, I love these illustrations in black and white! So elegant!
