Pinkfresh Studio “Joyful Blooms” Release Blog Hop

Today I am introducing the brand-new Steeped in Kindness suite, along with the intricate Leafy Lattice die + press plate. The Steeped in Kindness suite is a 3-piece product suite offers a a cute stamp set for the flowers, a stencil set for ink-blending the teapot and the florals, and a 1-piece die for the flowers and extra ones for the teapot and some of the sentiments on the stamp set.   huh I hope it is clear for you ;) 

This design is just so lovely, it was my favorite from the release, so I was really happy to be able to work with it!  

For the base I used the Leafy Lattice press plate and hot foiled with Prism Glimmer foil on white cardstock. I did the reverse foiling as well with the Solid Hot Foil plate for a second card. 

I used really girly, springy colors for ink blending the images: Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss, Sky Blue, Aquamarine, Doe and Lemon Whip. 

I folded a pop-up mechanism from a sheet of paper. You are going to see it in my Reel. 

The measurements for the folding lines are: 1"    1 1/2 "     2"    3"    3 1/2"    4     5 

I cut two pieces that fit under the teapot and adhered them to the cardbase. This mechanism is so great, as it flattens when you put it in an envelope. It can lay flat when pushed together, and pops up for eye catching dimension.
