Pinkfresh Studio October Challenge layout - Look through my window

 

Hi all! First I wanted to give this title to my post - Fall through my window  :D but then I realized that it has two meanings, so I went with another one. But hey, maybe if I stayed with the first, more people would click on the link. But I did not want to disappoint them, as nobody was fallen out of my window. haha

So here I am with an inspiration for Pinkfresh Studio October challenge. It is about Fall and fall colors,  The new collection Days of Splendor has beautiful warm fall colors, so of course I used it to my layout.

I am so excited! I finally designed some stickers and I also want to share it with you guys! 

I think you know the feeling, that you want to learn something, but you are always lack of time... well now I finally managed to design some stickers. I made these cute frames for some time ago, and I wanted to turn them into stickers.

I created this super shiny birthday card with a fun technique, the tone on tone blending using some exclusive products from Scrapbook.com. I used some stencil, word dies, and a heart shape die (Dotted stencil, Word Die - Happy Birthday from the Celebrate set and the Shape die Heart).

Beautiful effect created with stencils and ink blending!

I am quite new to ink blending because I was not experienced enough to use the flat ink bending tool perfectly. I was never pleased with my results. I am sure, if I practiced more I would be better bye now, but, now I have the Scrapbook.com blending tool with the domed foam and and the fun blending brushes, and it is much easier. I love to blend and I am trying new techniques.
