I was really excited about these dies. I love this format so much. My be because I am a scrapbooker, and I have simply more space ... I don't know, but they look gorgeous.
First I was creating using the Slim Rose Bloom die. I just had to start with this, as it is my favorite of all. I created a set of cards. The first I did not cut through, I just embossed the cardbase to have a nice textured canvas to embellish. For embellishing I sued the new super gorgeous Pinkfresh Studio Washi tape English Garden. I just taped the washi on a cardstock and simply cut it with the coordinating dies. So simple and quick and so so beautiful!
I embossed a sentiment from the Pinkfresh Studio English Garten stamp set in gold, on vellum and arranged the flower bouquets around it. Some sparkly crystals and ready.
The second card took a bit more time, but the result is modern looking, I like it very much! I cut a simple white cardbase, but also other colored Slim papers from the new collections of Scrapbook.com. I used mainly the Floral Slim Smooth Cardstock colors. They are the perfect size to cut slimline cards. I tried to remove the die from the paper so the little pieces of the petals don't mix - well it is not easy :D but worth it!
I covered the card base with double sided tape, adhered the rose bloom cutout and filled the petal using the different color fillers. Well it took a while, but I like processes like this. You don't have to think too much, just filling the gaps, and listening to a good podcast ;)
The bow is made with Pinkfresh Studio - Artistic Bow Die set

Hi, Anett -
VálaszTörlésI like both of these very, very much! I adore the "modern" one. It looks like a lot of work but a stunning result. Thank you for sharing!
